Our Story

Growing up in a jeweler family, Aysel discovered how diamonds and gold come together to make up a beautiful piece. Aysel Mammadova was born in Baku, Azerbaijan.
Having spent 20 years in the UAE, she has accomplished many diplomas in the educational sphere. After graduating from High School, she studied International Gemological Institute of Antwerp as a diamond grader and jewellery designer. She also accomplished a degree in Bachelors of Science from the University of Arizona, USA.
Right after then the idea of setting up Caravelle Jewellery initiated. As a designer and founder of Caravelle Jewellery, Aysel makes sure all the jewelry pieces manufactured are a perfect fit for every women around the world. “My mission is that whenever someone wears a piece of my jewelry I would like them to feel free and unique in every way”.
